Our Story

Our story begins in 2005 with a commissary kitchen in Houston, Texas. Over the course of 10 years, we provided Salata, our own restaurant group with the highest quality products. To meet the demand for growth, we built a 20,000 sq ft state-of-the-art facility in 2016. Since then, we have implemented semi-automated systems, have met the highest international certification standards, and continue to offer more products to restaurant groups throughout the country.
